Do I need to know what's wrong with my car?
No. Describe what you're experiencing in plain language — noises, warning lights, behaviour. Our system and experts will structure the rest.
What formats can I upload?
PDFs and images of repair quotes, invoices, service history, dashboard photos, short videos and audio recordings of the noise are all accepted.
Will the expert contact my garage?
Only if you explicitly ask us to. By default, the analysis stays between you and your reviewing expert.
What happens if Carvise can't help?
If your case is outside the scope of remote analysis (for example, requires hands-on diagnostics), we'll tell you up-front and refund the service.
